Samim IP-based Intercom Beltpack Panel represents an integrated audio communication system that harnesses digital audio technology over an IP network, ensuring swift, secure, and dependable communication. The IIP-2000 series talkback / paging intercoms aid communication between studios, stages, theaters, offices and different areas in a facility or building complex. They leverage IP technology for audio transport and employ a decentralized, serverless architecture, simplifying network cabling and expansion.

The architecture allows flexible intercommunication design, reducing costs and simplifying configuration by eliminating the need for audio interface cables and a central matrix. Being matrix-free allows for the seamless integration of networked hardware and software equipment as part of planned or ad-hoc changes, without concerns about available matrix ports.

Samim Intercom Beltpack is a 2-button intercom, where each button can be defined for communication with another panel. Communication can occur in both half-duplex and full-duplex modes. Colored LEDs in the buttons help to show communication status. Group calls can be achieved through activating two buttons simultaneously. The buttons can be configured as Page buttons to communicate with predefined panels. It feature a display window, lay outing button labels and relevant details about the destination and call status.

Boasting a 3.5mm TRS connector, it effortlessly links up with a variety of headsets, ensuring seamless compatibility. Utilizing Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology with a sturdy Neutrik connector, it establishes both power and data connections simultaneously, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Additionally, users can toggle between intercom and line input sounds, thanks to its integrated line input feature. Notably, wired intercom beltpack doubles as a miniature gateway, allowing other panels like rackmount or beltpack to connect and listen to its line input, simplifying the integration of analog audio into your intercom system.

Each unit is equipped with a built-in webserver for configuring settings and making adjustments. This web-based interface also provides access to logs, the ability to create / restore backup files, and facilitates firmware upgrades.
