Samim CHO-0801 is a digital audio changeover system with automatic/manual modes, supporting 2×1 to 4×1 switching. It ensures seamless V-fade transitions, signal monitoring, and relay-protected outputs. User-friendly control is available via front panel and web-based interface.
Overview
Samim CHO-0801 is a versatile digital audio changeover system, offering both automatic and manual modes and operating across four or eight channels. Its modular design allows for configurations in 2×1, 3×1, and 4×1 schemes. The analyzer core detects lock status, silence, overload, and phase alignment. To ensure smooth transitions without unwanted artifacts, switch operations are performed using a V-fade transition. In automatic mode, users can define priorities for each output.
Additionally, CHO-0801 features bypass relay protection over outputs, enhancing the reliability of the signal chain. The front-panel and web-based user interface allow for easy configuration and monitoring of the device.
